Abram - this isn't very much like Tofutti, since texturewise, Tofutti is an imitation of cream cheese, and my spread has more of a tofu feel. But no, it's not very easy to find. Smoked tofu is very expensive in Finland too, so we do treasure our bottle of liquid smoke!
