		<description>Aiyu, I'm not actually sure what is the difference between dried and semi-dried tofu. I read the Wikipedia article on &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tofu" rel="nofollow"&gt;tofu&lt;/a&gt;, and I &lt;em&gt;think&lt;/em&gt; the difference between dried and semi-dried tofu is the same as the difference between extra firm and firm tofu. In that case the tofu we usually use is semi-dried, that is, firm. The brand name we use is &lt;a href="http://www.gersh.no/posts/archive/2006/08/tofu-super-tahoe" rel="nofollow"&gt;"Super Tahoe To-fu"&lt;/a&gt;.

We've made this with extra firm tofu as well, and it works just fine too!
